1. Who we are

Fidelity Check is a service operated by Zylendo Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16628347, with its registered office at Dept 6187, 196 High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 8HH, United Kingdom (“Fidelity Check”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites and services (the “Service”). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Fidelity Check is an informational data-aggregation service. When you place an order, we use the details and photos you provide to search for and aggregate publicly accessible information — such as public dating-app profiles — and compile the outcome into a single report delivered by email. The Service is sold as a Full Access subscription that includes the initial search and renews every four weeks until cancelled. If offered after delivery, you may separately choose optional ongoing profile monitoring, which is a separate recurring subscription.

Results are informational only. We do not guarantee that a search will find a profile, that any profile found belongs to the person you searched for, or that the information returned is complete, accurate or current. Results are not proof of identity, conduct or infidelity, and must not be treated as evidence for legal purposes.

3. Eligibility and your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You confirm that you will use the Service and any results lawfully, and only in connection with a personal, legitimate purpose.
• You confirm that you have the right to provide the information and photos you submit, and that doing so does not infringe any third party’s rights.
• You must not use the Service or its results to harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, blackmail or harm any person, or in connection with decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing or any purpose regulated by applicable background-check or credit-reporting laws.
• You must provide accurate contact details so we can deliver your report.

We may refuse, suspend or cancel any order that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms, and will refund any payment for undelivered work in that case.

4. Price and payment

The Service is offered at the price and billing terms displayed at checkout: a Full Access subscription (currently between USD $9.00 and USD $47.00 every four weeks depending on the offer presented, including any applicable taxes) that includes the initial search and renews automatically until cancelled. An optional radar-monitoring add-on (currently USD $9.99 every four weeks) may be offered separately at the price shown at its checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal at any time by contacting us through the contact page.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver your report to the email address you provide within 24 hours of a successful payment. A result confirming that no profile was found is a completed search and constitutes full delivery of the Service.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on our websites and in our reports — including text, design, graphics and software — is owned by or licensed to us. Your report is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold, published or redistributed.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Aggregated information originates from third-party sources that we do not control and cannot verify.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of opportunity, reputation or emotional distress, or for decisions you make based on a report. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
